    Shoaib Akhtar who used to play fast bowling for Pakistan shared his thoughts about which teams would advance to the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 semi-finals. During his interview at Dubai he assessed how Afghanistan could perform well in the upcoming tournament.

    According to Akhtar Afghanistan holds potential to advance through to the semi-finals by playing in a mature manner. As per his assessment their batsmen must practice patience to achieve unexpected achievements.

    The sports analyst expressed belief that Pakistan together with India and Afghanistan would advance to the final four teams. The fourth position for the semi-final remained uncertain according to his prediction due to additional other participating teams.

    During his conversation with journalists the Rawalpindi Express expressed confidence that Pakistan would win against India. While addressing his audience he conveyed his belief that Pakistan would win against India when they clashed on February 23.

    Akhtar expressed his preference for India to play against Pakistan during the tournament finals. The team needed to defeat important rivals India together with New Zealand in order to succeed in the tournament according to his view.

    According to Akhtar Pakistan would achieve fantastic progress in the tournament if they beat New Zealand in addition to India before the end of play. He motivated his team members to concentrate on solid performances.

    Akhtar praised the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for their work to enhance Gaddafi Stadium. The board leader received praise from Akhtar regarding the stadium developments.

    The national team received a call for collective support from Akhtar when he delivered his closing address. The coach instructed fans to end their doubts about the team selection and to fully support Pakistan as one nation.
