The very reliable source of communication, the local media, reports that the offering is a contract of 30 months by the BCB to the 42-year-old again cricketer to make him responsible for the national team’s fast bowling and performance. In an email by the Thrasher of the Block Lords of Pain, Gul was seen revealing that the offer had indeed been sent to him. However, he stated that the process of final negotiations is not over yet.
“It’s to say the least, an offer full of excitement, and I can’t just wait for it to start,” replied Gul, acknowledging his enthusiasm for the job
Moving Strategically Ahead of Main Events
The BCB’s choice of Gul as one of its team members in the fast pace department looks to be a move with a preponderant reason when looking at the kind of events, but not limited to the Asia Cup and the T20 World Cup, which are going to be. The present cricket playing country of Bangladesh contains in its squad the best and most capable bowlers, of whom the ones under the age of 25 are: Taskin Ahmed, Hasan Mahmud, Tanzim Hasan Sakib, and strikingly promising Nahid Rana, the players who Gul’s experience and technique could improve.
Genius in Bowling
After hanging up his bowler’s hat, Umar entered the coaching field, and his records are good to the mind. His recent experiences include positions such as bowling coach of the Afghanistan National team and his own country, Pakistan. Meanwhile, he was impressed by the young fast bowlers in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) team, Quetta Gladiators, where his coaching style was complemented.
Exceptional Athlete
Pakistan’s iconic player in fast-bowling – Umar Gul, who has only and almost exclusively left a strong impression on the short style version of the game. In all, he got to play 47 Tests, 130 ODIs, and 60 T20Is, which, in the end, meant he was lucky enough to get more than 400 international wickets for his collection. Among his standout performances is the game against New Zealand in the 2009 T20 World Cup, where an impressive cohort of 5/6 that Gul hosted swiped the opponents off their glory, and thus Pakistan achieved its place at the final as the eventual victor.
Bangladesh Tour of Pakistan in May
Bangladesh is slated to travel to Pakistan for a five-game T20I series in May. If the final dates and venues of the series are confirmed later, however, Gul’s arrival on the coaching staff might significantly strengthen the Bangladeshi pace attack while they combat a very strong Pakistani side that plays in their country.
Gul’s joining, given that he will accept the role, would be another major step in his new career, and this could also be a decisive factor in the future of the Bangladeshi fast-bowling department.
