In the second T20 International, HOVE – England Women finished nine wickets to the good to secure an unassailable series win over West Indies Women by 2-0. Nat Sciver-Brunt was unstoppable, making an unbeaten 55 off 28 balls to quickly guide England to their win. Sophia Dunkley (24*) joined Sciver-Brunt in the middle and helped England avoid further issues after the early exit of Wyatt-Hodge, who was out on the first ball.

Much of the ease in the run chase was thanks to a controlled bowling effort. Choosing to field, England started strongly and quickly took advantage. Making her debut in women’s T20s, Em Arlott stood out by taking three wickets against the Windies, including the wicket of their captain. Three wickets from Lauren Bell and Charlie Dean brought more misery, with Issy Wong also snapping up one. Between them, they caused the tourists to be all out for only 81-9.

After winning the first T20I by eight wickets on May 21, England showed even greater strength in the second game. Upcoming Fixtures The 3rd T20I takes place on 26 May at the Cloud County Ground, Chelmsford. On 30 May, the first ODI will be played at the County Ground, Derby. The second ODI is scheduled for 4 June at the Uptonsteel County Ground, Leicester. 3rd ODI will be played on 7 June at the Cooper Associates County Ground in Taunton. Because the T20 series ended in a win for England, they will try to end the tour the same way in the final match and then move on to the ODI games.
